Privacy Policy
Last updated: 5 November 2026
This policy explains what information is collected when you play Grid Masters (the "game") on Android or iOS, why, and the choices you have. The game is made by KG Solutions Ltd, a company based in Malta ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for the game.
- You don't need an account to play, and we never ask for your name, email address or phone number.
- Your progress is saved on your device.
- The game uses a few trusted partners to show optional rewarded ads, measure where installs come from, understand how the game is played and process purchases.
- We don't sell your personal data.
- You can change your ad choices at any time from Settings > Privacy Choices in the game (where available) or in your phone's settings.
1. Information stored on your device
Your career, coins, cars, upgrades, part cards and settings are saved locally on your device. We don't receive this save. Uninstalling the game deletes it.
2. Information collected by our partners
When you play, the following services collect some information from your device. Each one is bound by its own privacy policy, linked below.
Google AdMob (rewarded ads)
The game offers optional ads that you choose to watch for in-game rewards. To show and measure these ads, Google AdMob may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address, device and operating system information, app usage and ad interactions. If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, the game asks for your consent with Google's consent form before personalised ads are shown. If you don't consent, you may still see non-personalised ads.
How Google uses information from apps that use its services · Google Privacy Policy
AppsFlyer (install attribution)
AppsFlyer helps us learn which advertising campaigns bring new players to the game and to prevent advertising fraud. It may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address, device model, operating system, app version and install source. It also collects in-game events: finishing the tutorial, levelling up, racing, watching a rewarded ad and making a purchase. On iOS, AppsFlyer only uses the advertising identifier if you allow tracking when asked.
GameAnalytics (gameplay analytics)
GameAnalytics helps us understand how the game is played so we can fix problems and improve it. It may collect a device identifier, device and operating system information, country (derived from your IP address), session lengths and gameplay events such as races, progression, purchases and ads watched.
Google Play and the App Store (purchases)
In-app purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple's App Store. We receive a purchase receipt so we can deliver what you bought. We never receive your payment card details.
3. Why we use this information
- To run the game and deliver purchases: this is needed to provide the game to you.
- To show personalised ads: based on your consent, where the law requires it.
- To show non-personalised ads, measure installs and campaigns, prevent fraud and improve the game: based on our legitimate interest in running and growing a free game. You can object at any time (see section 6).
4. Sharing
We share information only with the partners listed above, so they can provide their services to us, and when the law requires it. We don't sell your personal data.
5. How long information is kept
Your game save stays on your device until you uninstall the game. Our partners keep the data they collect for the periods set out in their own privacy policies.
6. Your choices and rights
- Ad consent: where the law requires it, open Settings > Privacy Choices in the game to change your consent at any time.
- Advertising ID: on Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID under Settings > Privacy > Ads. On iOS you can turn tracking off under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
- Your data rights: if you are in the EU, the UK or another place with similar laws, you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, and to data portability. To use these rights, email us at info@kgsolutionsltd.com. Because the game has no accounts, we may ask for your device's advertising ID so we can find the right data with our partners.
- Complaints: you can complain to Malta's Information and Data Protection Commissioner or to the data protection authority where you live.
7. Children
Grid Masters is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal data through the game, contact us and we will work with our partners to delete it.
8. Security
We work only with established partners and use secure connections to send data to them. No method of transfer or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
9. International transfers
Some of our partners process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, they use safeguards recognised by EU law, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the game changes. We will post the new version on this page and change the date at the top.
